The downloadable guides
RV8R offers a number of guides for download at the moment.
The Servicing Guide is a 40pp printable download which is a guide to servicing according to the TVR supplied servicing schedule. It is is pdf format and is easily printable. Go HERE for the guide.
The second is a parts list for the Chimaera, and generally applicable to the Griffith, kindly supplied by Kerridges and produced with generous effort by Richard Constable. Go HERE for the list.
The third download is a description of a T5 gearbox rebuild. Go HERE for the download. It also includes a link to the site where you can download a T5 workshop manual.
The fourth is for a wiring schematic, nice, big and clear. Go HERE.
RANTING TIME
I noted that a couple of these downloads had become available on other websites. Whilst this form of imitation is flattering, can I ask that that if you feel they might be of use to your visitors, then why not post a hotlink to them on my site. I have no problem with that. It actually saves on your bandwidth. It’s not much to ask.
Further, I will, and have, updated the downloads from time to time. So if anyone wants the latest edition, it is on RV8R.
The other websites have both removed the item from their pages. However, I will pursue anyone else I find doing so.
